Transition to Open Journal Systems 3 and Revised Publication Schedule

We are pleased to announce that our journal is transitioning to a new platform powered by Open Journal Systems 3 (OJS 3). This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the quality, accessibility, and overall user experience of our publication.
As part of this transition and our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of scholarly rigor, the journal's publication frequency will be revised to two issues per year, scheduled for release in June and December.
